Online quizzes (20%)
Both quizzes are individual and are taken on the Cengage portal, the online platform that comes with our textbook (Camm et al., Business Analytics). They are not on UUM Online Learning.
Before the first quiz
- Get the Cengage course link / course key from your lecturer (given in class and on the BIDA Google Site).
- Register on Cengage with your @gws.uum.edu.my email and your full name as in ASIS, so your marks can be matched to you.
- Log in once before quiz day to check that the course appears in your account.
Don't leave registration to quiz day
Login and registration problems on quiz day are the most common reason students miss a quiz. Sort them out early and tell your lecturer if anything doesn't work.
On quiz day
- Use a laptop and a stable connection if you can.
- The quiz is timed. The timer keeps running if you leave the page.
- Read each question carefully before you answer.
What the quizzes cover
Topics are announced before each quiz. Revise from the chapter slides, including the quick checks and exit tickets.
